Kuwait – Mubasher: KGL Logistics denied claims about land grabbing by the company or any of its subsidiaries.
The company said on Tuesday in a statement that a committee was formed by several government entities to investigate the matter and issued a report confirming that KGL and its subsidiaries committed no wrongdoings.
The Kuwait listed company was accused by a local newspaper of land grabbing earlier this month.
KGL Logistics is capitalized at KWD 60.61 million distributed on about 606.1 million shares, with 100 Fils for each.
