Mubasher: KGL Logistics reported a growth of 9.4% in profits during the second quarter of 2017 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings increased to KWD 2.1 million ($6.94 million) in Q2-17 from KWD 1.92 million ($6.35 million) in Q2-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
During the first half of 2017, KGL Logistics posted a rise of 7.6% in profits to KWD 4.05 million from KWD 3.76 million in H1-16.
The company noted that the increase in profits is attributed to noticeable development in industrial transactions, the statement added.
In Q1-17, KGL Logistics reported a rise of 6% in profits to KWD 1.95 million from KWD 1.84 million in Q1-16.
