Kuwait – Mubasher: KGL Logistics will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 26 October to consider capital increase via bonus shares, according to a bourse statement issued Wednesday.
The shareholders will discuss raising the capital to KWD 66.675 million from KWD 60.613 million through issuing bonus shares accounting for 10% of both the issued and paid-up capital as 10-for-100 shares.
