Kuwait – Mubasher: KGL Logistics scheduled 22 November to distribute bonus shares accounting for 10% of the company’s capital or 10-for-100 shares.
Shareholders can get their shares until Sunday’s session on 20 November ends, the company’s statement to the bourse clarified on Tuesday.
In the previous ordinary general meeting, KGL Logistics approved bonus shares’ distribution as well as increasing the company’s capital to KWD 66.68 million from KWD 60.61 million.
On the stock level, Logistics ended Tuesday’s session flat at 75 fils, with about 157,500 shares exchanged at a value of about KWD 11,810.
