KGL’s board submits resignation

Mubasher: Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport (KGL) announced the resignation of four board members due to personal reasons.

KGL has not named the four members who resigned, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

The Kuwait-based company is currently scheduling a day to hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to consider this resignation and elect a new board for the coming three years.

It is worth noting that KGL has a capital of KWD 27.75 million distributed on 277.5 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
