Riyadh-Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC), chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, will hold its ordinary general meeting on 30 March, to discuss agenda items, mainly cash dividends for 2015 at SAR 655.9 million ($174.88 million).
The board of directors earlier recommended quarterly cash dividends from retained earnings at 1.25% of the stock’s par value, or 12.5 halalas a share, totalling SAR 163.9 million ($43.70 million).
The board also proposed annual cash dividends at 5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.50 a share, totalling SAR 655.9 million ($174.88 million).
The company posted a 19% fall in 2015 net earnings to SAR 707 million ($188.51 million), compared with SAR 869 million ($231.70 million) a year earlier.
The stock closed Thursday 0.34% higher at SAR 11.86 ($3.16).
