KIA ends contract with Misr Insurance, GB to follow

Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian International Trading and Agencies Company (EIT), the agent of Kia Motors in Egypt, has informed Misr Insurance that it will terminate their mutual contract effective 16 May.

EIT told Misr Insurance in a letter last week that it is ending the agreement, due to its uselessness.

The clients of Misr Insurance will be treated like any other starting from 16 May, the company noted.

Ghabbour Auto has also asked Misr Insurance to exert more efforts to achieve better results, as per their agreement, which expires by the end of April.

GB Auto has denied the insurer’s request to raise the discount percentage for its clients to 15% of the bill, noting that it was already increased from 7.5% to 10%.
