KIB offers 15 assets in public auction; 4 assets sold

Mubasher: KIB has organised a public auction on Wednesday, 19 December, to offer 15 properties, vacant land, for sale.

The assets are state-owned represented by the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), according to a recent press release.

Four properties were sold in the public auction, after completing all necessary legal procedures and contracts to seal the transactions.

Head of the property management department (PMD) at KIB On his part, Yousef Al Ajeel,  said, “The auction included 15 state properties with varying specifications, during which a total 4 properties were sold. The first property was a vacant private property overlooking a side street in Fintas. The second property was a vacant private property overlooking a side street in Fintas. The third property was a vacant private property overlooking a side street off the main street in Fintas. The fourth property was a vacant private property in Oqaila.”

Al Ajeel clarified that KIB’s property management department operates a large number of commercial complexes, residential buildings, and private properties owned by customers, and both the public and private sectors.
