Mubasher: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has recently taken part in the 11th edition of Kuwait Week which was held in Cairo, under the patronage of Egypt’s prime minister and in cooperation with the Kuwaiti embassy in Cairo, according to a press release on Tuesday.
Kuwait’s ambassador to Egypt Mohammed Al Thoikh has attended Kuwait Week, as well as a group of ministers of investment and international cooperation, trade and industry, culture, in addition to a number of businessmen.
The 11th Kuwait Week took place from 4 to 6 December at the Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo.
Aiming at boosting the Kuwaiti-Egyptian relations and cooperation, the event hosted over 80 Kuwaiti and Egyptian entities from both public and private sectors, including ministries and official bodies, and companies in the fields of investment, industry, trade, real estate, tourism sectors, banks, and media in addition to a number of Kuwaiti-Egyptian joint ventures.
“KIB pointed out that the event sheds light on outstanding developments achieved by Kuwaiti institutions and economic growth in the nation. The event also presents a unique platform for attendees to learn more about notable investment opportunities and the latest local projects,” according to the press release.
