Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Projects Holding Co. (KIPCO) is set to award in the coming two weeks the infrastructure contracts for Daiya real estate project that will be located in Kuwait City, according to Deputy Chairman Faisal Alayyar.
The senior executive told reporters Wednesday that the project, to be built over 116,000 sqm area, would comprise housing and hotel complexes, at an estimated cost of between $2.5 billion and $3 billion.
The project execution will take between five to seven years, said Alayyar, adding that financing would be mostly in-house.
