Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Projects Holding (KIPCO) will consider on 30 March the proposed dividends distribution for the fiscal year 2015, according to a recent statement.
The company’s board has proposed a payment of 25% or 25 fils per share as cash dividends, with an overall amount of KWD 36.8 million.
Shareholders will discuss the approval of bonds issuance in Kuwaiti Dinar or any other currency.
Kuwait Projects stock fell 1.85% to close at 530 fils on Tuesday, after 1.32 million shares were exchanged with a value worth nearly KWD 696,150.
