Kuwait – Mubasher: The capital budget of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for the next five years, starting from 2016-2017, is estimated at KWD 6 billion, while the operational budget amounts to KWD 1.4 billion, the company’s CEO, Jamal Abdulaziz Jaafar, told Alrai newspaper.
Jaafar said that KOC is currently working on the five-year plan 2020-2025, which will include projects related to the newly discovered oil fields.
The CEO asserted that the company’s businesses are no longer limited to oil and gas production, but expanded to include the management of Al Ahmadi city, providing medical services to the oil sector through Al Ahmadi Hospital and exporting oil.
