Mubasher: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has called on companies to bid on establishing new gas booster station in the west of Kuwait.
The estimated budget for the new station, named (BS-171), is $300 million, while the deadline for submitting the bids is 1 April 2018, according to Al-Qabas newspaper.
The project includes three new identical two-stage compressor trains high and low-pressure (LP & HP), including gas & condensate dehydration trains. Each train will be capable of processing 60 million cubic feet per day.
Companies previously approved to submit bids includes firms from China, South Korea, India, Italy, Switzerland, the UK, among others.
