Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has announced state of emergency Grade 2 due to oil workers’ strike as well as the low oil production which reduced by almost a half.
Kuwait has suffered losses worth $70 million after Kuwait’s oil output declined to 1.1 million barrels a day from the usual production of 3 million barrels.
