Riyadh – Mubasher: Private companies from Saudi Arabia and Jordan have signed twelve agreements on Monday during Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz’s visit to Jordan.
The deals covered areas such as car rehabilitation, electricity, raw materials, chemicals, information technology, and other fields, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
The agreements include establishing a Saudi-Jordanian company for car rehabilitation and setting up a plant to manufacture smart metres and the auxiliaries of smart electricity networks.
Raw material factories to produce fertilisers and other chemical compounds will also be established under a signed deal.
Moreover, both countries inked strategic partnership and investment agreements to promote the national performance and competencies in information systems and telecommunication technologies.
