Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi cabinet approved on Monday to reshuffle the board of directors of the Saudi stocks company (Tadawul) for three years.
The board is consisted of nine members as follows: Abdulaziz Al-Firaih, as representative of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA); Abdulrahman Al-Mufdhi, representative of the ministry of finance; Suhail Abnammi, as representative of the ministry of commerce and investment; Sara Al-Suhaimi; Tareq Al-Sudairi.
Tadawul's board also included Ali Al-Guwaiz; Abdulaziz bin Hasan, as representatives of the licensed broker companies; Khalid Byar, Rayan Fayez, as representatives of stock companies enlisted in Tadawul, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
