Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Arabia has selected Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi Bank, and HSBC to arrange its next bond issue in US dollars.
The Saudi government will soon borrow funds in the international debt capital markets, with the fourth international public debt issue, as reported by Reuters on Saturday.
Saudi Arabia started issuing international debt instruments in 2016.
