KSA committed to meeting China, India energy needs – Al-Falih

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia is committed to meeting the energy needs of China, India and other developing economies in order to reach a more environmentally sustainable future, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, Khalid Al-Falih, said.

On the sidelines of the ‘Energy Dialogue Forum 2016’, Al-Falih said that pumping more investments in advanced technologies is indispensable, in order to reduce the environmental impact of fossil fuel use.

“The Kingdom pumps huge investments in renewable energy sources, and set ambitious goals among its Vision 2030 to develop these sources, including the production of 9.5 megawatts via alternative energy sources, especially solar and wind energy.
