Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Communications and IT Commission (CITC) has extended the deadline for submitting applications for a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) license in the kingdom, hosted on Zain Saudi’s mobile network.
The deadline was extended until 11 January 2016, the CITC said in a statement.
