Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Housing announced the fees of Riyadh’s white lands.
The ministry called on the initiative-payers to pay within one year from the decision date, according to a statement on Wednesday.
Failing to pay the fees in the due-period will result in a delay penalty of up to 2.5% of the land’s value.
