Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed in green on Tuesday for the fourth session in a row.
The main index rose 0.98% or 62.15 points to stand at 6,381.45 points.
Turnover reached SAR 3.44 billion, to be the highest in four consecutive sessions.
The insurance sector was the only loser shedding 0.02%.
The energy sector was the best performer advancing 3.23%, followed by the petrochemical and industrial investment sectors which rose 1.92% and 1.56%, respectively.
On the stock level, 135 shares levelled up, 25 shares levelled down and 9 shares remained unchanged.
MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance led gainers adding 4.98%, followed by Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. and Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company which increased 3.81% and 3.73%, respectively.
On the other hand, Wataniya Insurance led the worst performers losing 6.10%, followed by Al-Ahlia Cooperative Insurance and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company which decreased 2.13% and 1.36%, respectively.
