Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia will not levy tax on the residents’ salaries, said the Ministry of Labor and Social Development’s (MLSD) spokesman Khaled Abalkhail.
The tax, estimated at 10% on the net salary, will not be applied on residents’ salaries that exceed SAR 3,000, Okaz newspaper reported, citing Abalkhail as saying.
By the beginning of 2018, Saudi Arabia has started raising money from expatriates by SAR 300 to SAR 400 based on their number against domestic labor.
