KSA’s SAGIA to raise investments of manufacturing imported goods

Riyadh – Mubasher: Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia on Monday asked Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to increase investments in manufacturing the goods of high domestic demand which the Kingdom imports.

SAGIA must establish companies which are specialised in technical home services, the assembly added, noting the Kingdom-based investment body needs to grow investments in renewable energy sources.

SAGIA’s annual reports must include details of its investment across the whole Kingdom, and the number of violating licences of investments.
