Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Investment on Monday said that the Kingdom’s commercial attaché in Italy launched a commercial exhibition to attract investments of 145 Italian leading firms.
The Italian companies have the ability to invest in the sectors of :renewable energy, mining, transportation, constructions, and food, according to the Ministry’s statement.
The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), Economic Cities Authority (ECA), Saudi Exports Development Authority, and the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) attended the event.
The companies that are expected to invest in Saudi Arabia are Proger which is specialised in transportation, Barilla which is specialised in food sector, and Angelantoni the specialised firm in the renewable energy.
Saudi companies were invited to invest in the technology and food sectors in Italy.
