Riyadh-Mubasher: The higher authorities in Saudi Arabia approved forming a specialised committee from the General Silos and Flour Mills Organization, Ministry of Finance and Public Investment Fund to oversee the four joint stock flour mills companies which will be established soon.
The four companies will be offered for public subscription, and the support will be lifted from their products for the sake of privatization, Al-Madina newspaper reported.
The companies will be privatized within one year from the establishment date.
