Riyadh – Mubasher: After registering all the lands, a committee will be formed to start working on the white lands’ valuation mechanism to determine their total value, Muhammad Al-Mudaiheem, general supervisor on land tax programme at the Saudi Housing Ministry, said.
Al-Mudaiheem added to Mubasher that the total number of the registered lands on the executive regulations of the white lands tax will be announced by the end the registration period on 13 First Rabia’a 1438 Hijri.
The general supervisor noted, on the sidelines of the Reality and Future of Business Valuation in KSA conference, that the numbers will be announced after one or two days of the end of the registration period.
