KSA to maintain crude oil exports at 7m bpd in Q1-18

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia plans to keep its crude oil exports at 7 million barrels per day (bpd) in the first quarter of 2018, oil sector sources said on Wednesday.

The Kingdom will maintain crude exports at this level despite planned maintenance works at some refineries, as the OPEC kingpin member seeks to clear the oil supply glut and raise prices.

Saudi Arabia aims to keep its production at 9.8 million bpd from January until March 2018.

On Tuesday, the Joint Organisations Data Initiative’s (JODI) data revealed that the Saudi crude oil exports increased by 142,000 bpd in November 2017.
