Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia tend to raise energy prices coinciding 2017 budget's announcement, amid declined oil prices, the main source of income in the Kingdom.
In case oil prices rose 30%, 90-Octane petrol will reach 97.5 halala, while the 95-Octane petrol will reach 117 halala, Saudi sources told Anadolu Agency.
Saudi cabinet amended the prices of energy, water, electricity and sanitation.
The Kingdom expected total revenues of 2016 budget to reach $137 billion, against spending of $224 billion and $87 billion deficit.
