KSE closes in green zone

Kuwait-Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange grew 0.66% or 33 points to reach 4,969.25 points on Wednesday.

Also, the weighted index closed at 337.51 points after rising 1.32% or 4.4 points; and Kuwait-15 levelled 1.34% or 10 points up to close at 788.28 points.

Today’s liquidity increased 62.3% to KWD 10.97 million as trading volume gained 95.4% to reach 170.36 million shares.

The banks sector led the gainers by a growth of 2.01%, while consumer services headed the decliners as it decreased 0.46%.

Al Dar National was the top winner with a jummpe of 11.36%, while Amwal led the losers after declining 8.7%.

Al Dar recorded the largest traded volume of 27.5 million shares. KFH posted the highest liquidity of almost KWD 2.5 million while the stock rose 1.12%.
