Kuwait-Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) edged down 0.05% or 2.5 points to end Sunday’s session at 5,370.68 points.
Similarly, the KSX 15 and weighted indices retreated 0.18% and 0.12% respectively.
Liquidity declined 28.8% to KWD 6.68 million, as trading volume decreased 5.6% to 84.21 million shares. Turnover reached its lowest level in four months.
The telecom sector topped the gainers as it added 1%, backed by Ooredoo which gained 7.55%.
The technology sector headed the decliners with a decrease of 1.41%, dragged by Osos Holding which lost 3.45%.
The Energy House was the top winner by rising 9.09%, while Kuwait Cable headed the loser after shedding 7.4%.
Abyaar Real Estate was the most active as 13.24 million shares were exchanged, with value of about KWD 345,000. The stock levelled up 2%.
Agility recorded the highest liquidity which stood at about KWD 585,700 after 1.17 million shares were traded. However, the stock dropped 2%.
