Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) ended Tuesday’s session in the green zone.
The benchmark index gained 0.48% or 26.31 points to 5,469.55 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices went up 0.35% and 0.58% respectively.
The healthcare segment topped seven gainers with 2.08% on the back of Al Mowasat and Yiaco which levelled up 4.76% and 4.63% respectively.
The real estate segment was up 1.3% in line with the rise of 11 stocks led by National Real Estate which gained 3.7%.
KSE’s financial services grew 0.59%, backed by KMEFIC which levelled up 12.20% to be the top winner.
NBK rose by 3.13% to endorse the banks sector which edged up 0.4%.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods sector led three decliners with 0.66%, dragged by Mezzan and Americana which retreated 3.9% and 0.76% respectively.
KSE’s trading value increased 21.2% to KWD 22.21 million, as trading volume increased 3.5% to 171.09 million shares.
