Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) kicked off Sunday’s session in red territory as the price index edged down 0.07% reaching the level of 5471.24 points.
The weighted index fell 0.07% or 0.26 points to the level of 371.79 points.
Kuwait-15 index also went down 0.17% or 1.47 points to the level of 874.98 points.
Early in Sunday’s trading session, 13 million shares changed hand, with a value of KWD 2.3 million after 387 transactions were sealed.
The sectors of basic materials, financial services and industries fell 0.80%, 0.40% and 0.29%, respectively.
The technology sector advanced 1.30%.
Tracking stock performance, Al Safat Energy was the steepest as it lost 8.70%, while Future Communications was the top gainer as it added 9.80%.
