Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait saw a mixed performance in Monday’s early trades.
The price index fell 1.6% to reach 6,618.99 points by 9:30am Kuwait time, while the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 0.05% and 0.05% respectively.
The market saw trading of 406.66 million shares through 5,668 transactions, with a turnover of KWD 31.25 million.
The industrial index rose 1.17% as Salbookh Trading went up 3.7%.
The telecom sector slid 1.09% after Hits Telecom tumbled 4.2%.
On the other hand, the banks sector went up 0.38% as Ithmar Holding advanced 8.5%.
