Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) ended the week’s trading on a mixed note, while market capitalisation recorded KWD 177 million ($588.99 million).
The price index slightly increased 0.5%, to stand at 5,391.20 points.
The weighted index rose 0.74% or 2.6 points to close at 351.57 points, while the Kuwait-15 index grew 1.7% or 13.71 points to 811.34 points.
Traded volume retreated 1.03% to 305 million shares compared to 308.2 million shares exchanged in the previous week.
Traded value was also down 26.5% to KWD 44.9 million from KWD 35.5 million last week.
Market capitalisation gained 0.73% or KWD 177 million to KWD 24.306 billion, versus KWD 24.129 billion last week.
