Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange’s (KSE) indices saw a negative performance in the week ended 19 May.
The price index fell by 1.32% or 71.46 points to close at 5,324.05 points as compared to 5,395.51 points in the previous week.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices lost 1.65% and 1.67% respectively.
During this week, liquidity grew 14% to KWD 59.12 million, while trading volume decreased to 551.22 million shares.
KSE’s market cap dropped 1.07% or KWD 269 million over the week to reach KWD 24.804 billion as compared to KWD 25.073 billion a week ago.
