Kuwait – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) levelled down 0.51% or 27.84 points to reach 5,471.88 points by the week ended 18 August.
During the week, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated 0.64% and 0.17% respectively.
KSE’s liquidity declined 13.4% to KWD 36.4 million as compared to KWD 32.09 million in the previous week. Trading volume shrank 9.5% to 338.6 million shares from 374.17 million in the past week.
