KSE’s indices close mixed

Kuwait-Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) leveled down by 0.54% or 28.5 points to close at 5,228.75 points on Thursday. The weighted index retreated 0.04% or 0.13 points to 359.82 points.

Meanwhile, Kuwait-15 index gained 0.12% to reach 850.5 points.

Today’s liquidity declined by 18.1% to KWD 20.5 million, as trading volume decreased to 194.5 million shares.

The telecom sector topped the gainers by 1.16%, as Ooredoo and Zain rose 5.88% and 1.4%.

The health care sector headed the decliners by 1.66%, dragged by Al Mowasat Health Care which dropped by 4.76%.

Al Dar National Real Estate was the most active stock on which 26.41 million shares were exchanged, with a value worth about KWD 461,300. However, the stock fell by 11.11%.

Kuwait Financial Centre was the top winner by 12.5%, while Aqar Real Estate Investments led the losers by 14.29%.

Advanced Technology recorded the highest turnover of KWD 6.74 million, after 7.33 million shares were exchanged. The stock settled at 920 fils.
