KSE’s indices end Tuesday in green zone

Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) edged up 0.2% to end Tuesday at 5,411.63 points.

Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.18% and 0.16% respectively on the back of the telecom and real estate sectors.

The telecom sector topped the gainers with 0.82% on the back of Zain and Viva which rose 1.28% and 1.16% respectively.

KSE’s trading value shrank to KWD 8.86 million from KWD 14.41 million on Monday, and trading volume decreased to 110.49 million shares as compared with 114.06 million in the previous session.

Boubyan Holding was the most active stock on which 17.83 million shares were traded, while Warba Bank recorded the highest liquidity that stood at KWD 1.90 million.
