KSE’s indices kick off session in green zone

Kuwait-Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) levelled up 0.26% or 13.75 points to settle at 5,218.05 points at 9:45 am Kuwait time on Thursday.

The weighted index rose by 0.47% or 1.69 points to 359.27 points, and similarly, the KSX 15 index grew by 0.75% or 6.31 points to reach 349.03 points.

KSE’s trading value amounted to KWD 5.44 million, after 101 million shares which were traded through 1,600 transactions.

Kuwait Investments topped the winners by a rise of 9.09%, while Marakez led the losers by a drop of 9.43%.

Mayadeen was the most active as 11.83 million shares were exchanged, generating around KWD 272,680. The stock declined by 8%.

Kuwait Finance House recoded the highest liquidity that reached KWD 1.6 million, as 3.33 million shares were traded. The stock rose by 1.05%.
