Kuwait – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Monday’s session up 0.12% or 5.57 points to reach 5,336.68 points by 9:20am Kuwait time.
Meanwhile, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated 0.06% and 0.21% respectively.
Liquidity stood at about KWD 1 million after 9.4 million shares were traded through 272 transactions.
The banks sector topped five gainers with 0.27% on the back of Warba which increased 5.21%.
The technology sector led four decliners with 1%, dragged by Hayat Com which lost 5.9% to be the top loser.
Zima was the most active stock on which 1.85 million shares were exchanged.
Warba Bank posted the highest turnover that reached about KWD 244,530.
