Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Monday’s trading session higher by 0.04% to reach 5,438.18 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated by 0.21% and 0.27% respectively by 9:50am Kuwait time.
KSE’s trading value amounted to KWD 4.5 million after 40.64 million shares were traded through 958 transactions.
The telecom sector topped four gainers with 0.68% on the back of Hits Telecom which levelled up by 3.85%.
The real estate sector grew by 0.47%, endorsed by the 7.49% increase of Marakez which was the top winner.
Meanwhile, the banks sector led five decliners with 0.41%, dragged by Ithmaar which lost 2.67%.
