KSE’s indices start Thursday in red zone

Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Thursday’s session with a grouped decline, as the benchmark index fell 0.35% or 18.75 points to reach 5,384.95 points by 10:05am Kuwait time.

Both Kuwait-15 and the weighted indices fell 0.84% and 0.81% respectively.

KSE’s trading value reached KWD 4.46 million after 33.51 million shares were traded through 910 transactions.

The telecom sector was the top decliner with 1.5%, after Hits Telecom and Zain fell 2.6% and 1.2% respectively.

The real estate sector retreated 0.82% in line with the decline of Munshaat with 5.7%.
