Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) saw a positive performance in Wednesday’s early trades.
The price index rose 0.13% to reach 5,329 points by 9:25am Kuwait time.
KSE’s weighted index advanced 0.27% to 357 points, while Kuwait-15 index grew 0.43%.
The market saw trading of 38.7 million shares through 688 transactions, with a turnover of KWD 2.7 million.
The oil and gas sector topped gainers after adding 0.95%, while the telecom sector was the top loser after falling 0.80%
Kuwait Cable Vision was the best performer after growing 8.51%, while Palms Agro Production topped gainers with a 7.55% rise.
Hits Telecom Holding was the value leader and most active stock after generating 13.4 million shares, with a turnover of KWD 517,600.
