Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) rose 0.15% or 7.78 points by the week ended 13 October to reach 5,320.22 points.
Meanwhile, the weighted index lost 0.48% or 1.66 points, and Kuwait-15 index dropped 0.78% or over 6 points.
KSE’s trading volume shrank 41.6% to 183.26 million shares this week as compared to 313.86 million a week ago.
Liquidity also decreased 44% to reach KWD 26.95 million as compared to KWD 48.11 million in the previous week.
Transactions reached 6,000 this week, 24.1% down from nearly 7,900 in the past week.
