Kuwait-Mubasher: The Kuwaiti bourse saw a positive performance in the week ended 26 May, as the price index moved up 1.36% or 71.46 points to end the week at 5,396.67 points as compared to 5,324.05 points by the week ended 19 May.
The weighted index gained 0.27% or 0.91 points to reach 357.67 points, from 356.71 points in the previous week.
Kuwait-15 index inched up 0.07% or 0.59 points to 831.50 points as compared to 830.91 points a week ago.
During this week, liquidity declined 2.4% to KWD 57.7 million, as trading volume increased by 51% to 832.9 million shares.
