Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) levelled down 0.25% or 13.41 points to reach 5,395.80 points by 9:45am Kuwait time on Sunday.
Similarly, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices fell 0.2% each.
KSE’s turnover reached about KWD 306,600 after 5.5 million shares were traded through 301 transactions.
The industrial sector led the decliners by a fall of 3.4%, dragged by Hayat and Osos which lost 5.68% and 5.66% respectively.
The basic materials sector was the only gainer by 0.3%, on the back of Qurain which went up 1%.
Petrogulf was the most active stock on which around 662,200 shares were exchanged, while Danah recorded the highest liquidity that reached about KWD 31,400.
