KSE starts Tuesday’s session mixed

Kuwait – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) retreated 0.13% or more than 7 points to reach 5,436.16 points by 9:35am Kuwait time on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.19% and 0.44% respectively.

Trading value stood at about KWD 765,700 as 6 million shares were traded through 240 transactions.

KSE’s financial services led the decliners by 0.35%, dragged by Jeeran Holding which lost 13.7%.

The consumer services sector topped the gainers by 0.32% on the back of Soor which gained 5.2%.

Investors was the most active stock on which 1.2 million shares were traded through six deals at a value of nearly KWD 26,000.

NBK recorded the highest liquidity that reached about KWD 163,500 after around 277,200 shares were exchanged. The stock levelled up by about 1.72%.
