Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started Tuesday’s session down 0.12% or 6.23 points to reach 5,280.88 points by 9:10am Kuwait time.
Meanwhile, the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose 0.17% and 0.02% respectively.
Turnover amounted to nearly KWD 667,180 after 5.05 million shares were exchanged through 132 transactions.
The real estate sector led the decliners with 0.48%, while the basic materials sector topped the gainers with 0.57%.
Gulf North Africa Holding was the top loser with a fall of 6.6%, while GFH advanced the winners with 2.3%.
Investors was the most active stock on which 1.3 million shares were exchanged.
Mezzan Holding recorded the highest liquidity that reached about KWD 156,980.
