KSE suspends trading on 16 firms

Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) has suspended trading on 16 stocks starting from 3 April, as 14 companies have not announced their financials and two firms did not hold their ordinary general meeting, on a timely basis.

The suspended stocks include Kuwait Investment, The Securities House, Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment, Gulf Investment House, Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange, National Slaughter House, and United Foodstuff Industries Group.

On Monday morning, KSE’s benchmark index edged up 0.1%, while the KSX 15 retreated 0.15%, and the weighted index settled at 355.98 points.
