Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Kafr El Zayat Pesticides approved distributing 2015 cash dividends at EGP2.40 per share.
The total payout reached EGP19.207 million in 2015, distributed over 8.002 million shares, while last year it stood at EGP19.3 million.
The ordinary meeting also approved the reports of the board and auditor as well as 2015 financial statements.
In 2015, the company registered EGP31.3 million profits, compared with EGP30.8 million for 2014.
